Too much politics and favouritism. management especially directors treat their employees like servants. Tl and pm are cheap and inexperienced especially in php they don't know how to write or even communicate properly and don't have knowledge of their work all their work is done by other employees then also they go against them and prove them wrong and take all the credit on themselves. HR manager is always ready to handover resignation letter involve in personal fights pass personal comments and hate speech and does no work except roam here and there only. No bonus. Fraud company located in Chandigarh. All negative reviews are 101% correct. Don't ever join this company. They humiliated the employee and in a year they changed their policy more than 8 times. Employees who left company , haven't get their salary even after serving notice period. All employees are frustrated from this company and got stuck in this company by signing to company policy. They deduct PF of the employees but never give them back. All good Reviews are fake, they forced the employees to give 5 rating.
