I don't like anything about WWS Wakad. Organization is neither good for teachers nor for students.

Dislikes

-Extremely heavy workload. Work doesn't get finished even after working on Saturdays and Sundays. -Authorities speak lies in public. - Authorities have opted all toxic ways of taking work from employees - There is no redressal system for employees to share grievances. - Partiality in providing increments. - New teachers or even old ones find it difficult to continue for long time.

Wisdom World School is a good school. Before Covid-19 lockdown (Till April) everything was fine.. Now since there is Lockdown, school have online classes, I don't have any class online, so they are NOT paying me.. As of now, NO SUPPORT from school for me..
