Wirtz INDIA is a sister organisation of Wirtz USA which runs limited business in india.Temmates are good ,young and energetic.Limited exposure.salary growth is below expectation.No proper management in company and hence very insecure.

Work Details

I used to handle procurement,assembly,product development and electrical maintenance.Since the company was in its initial phase of establishment and yet to start production.I was overwhelmed by the experiences it offered me with these challenging tasks.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
