Wonderful work culture, Senior management is open to suggestions, relaxed environment, Job security is higher than most private company jobs, if you like to learn and grow and get awarness of multiple fields, this is the place to be in.

Dislikes

Although we have regular internal training from time to time however getting a chance to attend seminars as well would be benificial as well. MD of the company is very humble man and he is always there to help each and every single member / team of his company.

Work Details

I personally, love it here. In my free time I like to know about various processes and I even get time to study. Even during major down times, explain the sceanrio to the users and VP, they will give you space and time to get the issues resolved.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
