There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary increment not 4 years. In Lockdown situation company declared suddenly closed .company can not help me .suffer many problem faced my family and me.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything in the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Guys don't join this company.they will hire your at high package and after one month they told company is in financial crunch and you will get 10k cheque in every 40-45 days and for balance payment god know.I have worst experience of 3 months get only 30%salary. Balance I have settle with them to get the releave letter. Work cultureand management is pathetic and they don't bother if employes are not satisfying with them. And the most crazy thing in this company MD and other higher management has separate washrooms and lunch as we middle level staff emits viruses in kuch room and washrooms. Worst company please don't join .I am real victim of them....Read More
