The work culture they have adopted is awesome but the spam guys always ruined it.

Dislikes

The financial decisions are poor and that makes them a hated company in the market. You can't trust when you're salary would arrive. It's a surprise gift for every single month. It can be delayed 2 to 4 months. The HR policies are poor too.

Work Details

The load was uneven at my profile. Whosoever butters and fllaters the boss has always relax over their seats. I was in purchase department so vendor payment were delayed by 8 to 12 months normally.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
