In Covid-19 they deducted 30% salary for other employees and resigned some employees including me

Salary is low. Loss of pay for 1minute late in morning. You should work more than 10hrs per day strictly. Working hours will be more. Only one Saturday Sunday leave for the month. Salary deduction will be high. Company culture is worst

I'm a manual tester and Mobile App tester. I'm a fresher. I have to execute test cases. And will do regression testing, retesting, web testing, sanity and smoke testing
