Most of the things, management is really poor no professionalism senior HR is really unprofessional and they won't even let you leave the company peacefully. Apart from few people in tech all are really unprofessional and salaries are really less as per market

You get to work on a lot of things involving front-end, backend, database and AWS infrastructure. I have learned working with Winni. I think that is the biggest pro of working here that you get to learn and work on so many diverse things and you never feel stagnant.

Best part about working with Winni is opportunity to learn new things consistently. As company keeps on growing new challenges keep on happening related to scalability and business needs. It helped me to learn new technologies and framework. This also becomes a challenge for some people, as the demand to adapt yourself with business scalability sometimes becomes challenging.

I would like to have a good cafeteria or some games to refresh ourselves. But not much of a negative thing as office location is good.
