Too much policing. They just try to keep themselves fresh by recruiting new guys and later after a year or so they say to that guy that they can't give further career (a different way of laying off mentally). Also recently they've been successful to remove negative Google reviews and have been reluctant to accept. Also just to create a fake good environment by taking some teams to outing 😂 that too on Sunday 😂. This is so terrible company to work with. Very negative and bad people. Less salary more work. These managers are more interested in your personal life than work. They will always highlight your mistakes and keep torturing you. There's no job security. They'll just fire you anytime they want. They'll be nice infront of you and talking bad behind your back. Very bad working environment with negative people. Managers are so horrible, they never do any work they'll always put pressure on lower level people while they gossip and relax. There are so many things to dislike. Salary is worst, people in the company are terrible, more than the work they will be involved in knowing about other peoples personal life expessially the manager of the tax dept and the HR are worst to be frank
