Way to welcome any new employee is good.

Dislikes

Work pressure with work un-satisfaction. Employees use to work extra hours and on weekends too. No family time and un-healthy job routine / work life balance. Efforts are not counted properly and in terms of incentive, promotions and increment you will be treated like a middle class person is treated at the time of budget session bygovt. (only promises and dreams, but in reality there is nothing it completely empty handed). HR is polite when they need their work to be done from you, else you are nothing for them. Sales team is considered as the most valuable assets of the company in comparison to techies....Read More
