1. It's culture and friendly behaviour among employees and subordinate 2. The flow of communication was very good which had less efficiency in the work between labourers and subordinates. 3. All the subordinates are helping each other when there is any issue among them.

Dislikes

Most of the main thing is that some subordinates are very rude to some extent to employees overworking them continuously which has led to the health of employees.
