Basically everything is worst at this company. They made all dummy document. Worst hr policy. Even there regulatory affairs incharge make there own rule. In Punch and outpunch at fix timeing. Even if you have you PL leave you cannot use it until they approve it. This company don't requires employe they require only worker. In thisdepartment more non field persons like b.com, m.com are available then require field person. Incharge do partiality with there employees. And worst salary as compare to other company. Salary expenses not on time, Any time with out the reason they deduct your expenses, You have to work 365 day, If you take leave they deduct your salary. they keep your one month salary and whatever you take leave they deduct and than rest of days salary they give in month of May every year, They dont settle your account. Advise not to work in such bad company don't spoil your career
