Heavy learning atmosphere, multitasking environment, can handle high pressure environment after this company.

No respect for design calculations, office politics is higher than anything, exploitation of skill and humans are prevalent. Can work as a contract employee, but not a regular, because will be given, only freshers can survive. Time is the important factor, as everything should be finished yesterday.
