Company believes in hire n fire policy, bosses are out of trade, they don't know the basics of market and product knowledge. they are puppets cum post masters of upper management, just to ffd the messages from them. No support from seniors at all. they will call you in odd hours all the day and night and ask you the same things again and again. RM always say to onboard new distributor every month without retaining existing ones or they will fire you. Everyday they gun on ASMs shoulders and never go out. Hence, never join this company and ruin your career....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
