Wellman and Wellington is an indigenous company and is very good company that prepares one for a more challenging job.

My dislike about Wellman and Wellington is poor staff's welfare, motivation and poor career growth & development.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
