Very Very bad management by owners ,They dont know what is hospitality ,terrible i have lost my career

My advise is dont join and waste your time with them. I have worked with good brands but the worst experience comes in at Kasmanda, Mussoorie which is managed by the owners who are very incompetent and miser. They run the hotel as some cheap lodge. They have no work ethics and will only grab cheap opportunity to cheat people In thename of welcomheritage and as a manager you get stick between the guest and owners. The result is no manager does more than a season i.e. 8 months approx. They have a very disrespectful behavior towords employees. There is no other supervisor to help you in operations. In the staff you will not find a single person who has done IHM. There is no fix policy and will change as per owners choice. Probably the still believe themselves to be royal. My advise is a stric no rest is your choice. Even if you are joining thinking thats its just my experience Make sure you get everything documented in your offer letter.
