There is nothing to like only to hate, worst experience worst company ever

Dislikes

One word 'Worst'. No career growth, worst management, worst leadership Salary hike is also happening in 2 years once whenever management wants. All perks given in offer letter (Leave encashments, bonuses, rewards) are revoked by management's discretion without asking employees. All policies are flexible for management but are very strict for employees. Even it is very painful to leave the company, they treat you like slave in notice period as well...Read More
