I kind of don't like the long working hours and sometimes the company becomes rigid in its approach. Most of the times the company policies and approach are flexible and employee-friendly, sometimes it becomes rigid. That's what I dislike about it. Otherwise everything is picture-perfect here.

Like everybody else, I was also looking for an ideal job. Then one day I came across Webskitters. Joined it and now I am super happy in my professional life. The best thing that I like about this company is a wonderful balance between professional and personal life. you have flexible working hours, Monday to Friday fixed office and you have the weekend all for you. Great, isn't it?!

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
