What do I like about WebFurther? Well, you can guess from my ratings but i'll still write something about it. First of all what I have seen working there is that, this is the only company who actually provides the best quality work. Unlike other MNCs, you have Job security there. They give you ample chances and opportunities to improve your quality. Team leaders are very friendly and available all the time, if you need them. Pay is good as compared to the moderation industry standards. Only 8hrs shift, so work life balance is also good. If you stay for longer period then there are chances to get a good position too, as company encourages loyalty. You get tons of leaves there, which I never got while working in big MNCs. Salary hike every year. During Covid lock down, a lot of companies reduced their employees' salary by 50% but this company supported it's employees and paid them in full, which was really commendable. What I have heard they have started playing Cricket and Badminton after shifts. They also have a very good Employee Wellbeing Awareness Programme for their employees, which is a free service.
