What I like about working at WebCastle Media, is that there is enough room to make your mind strong at everyday in the office or home (if you are working from home), since the pressure to get the task done with no time is a must and working overtime for nothing is your choice. Hence work life balance is just an myth at WebCastle.

Dislikes

People at WebCastle are made to work 24x7, its their unsworn duty where you are manipulated that you are born to work like an animal, and shill money for the Company. Don't expect any good from the Seniors, Managers or anyone, you will be just given more work if you are doing it right, else you will be kickout.
