Hire & Fire. Full Politics, zero learning, No job security, No career Growth, worst work environment, no work-life balance, can't afford basic requirement of employees, Ac's don't work, worst training, worst management behavior, No good tea, Old computer system that don't work properly.

Boring, unrealistic demands, no help from management, zero support, worst computer system, nobody can work in this environment.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
