JOB SECURITY IS 100%. WORK CULTURE IS GOOD. MANAGEMENT IS ALSO GOOD. COMPANY POLICIES IS TO GIVE IRRIGATION TO FIELDS DURING LEAN PERIOD AND PROTECTION FROM FLOOD DURING RAINY SEASON. PROVIDE WATER TO THE AREA WHERE IT IS NEEDED.

Dislikes

WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH. Particularly during Flood period. Right people with special ability were not posted at proper place where they can give their optimum output. Promotional avenue is very poor.

A typical government organisation with almost 50% reservation on all posts, very bad culture. This is not a good organisation for fresh intelligent general class graduate.

Dislikes

No transfer policy, very unbalanced work distribution. No timings of work, difficult to take leave at some posts. No promotion policy, very corrupt department with no transparency of seniority list and promotion policy.

It was govt job.Those who be serious about their duty and job they learn a lot.Due to transfer and posting at different places they have different teammates. At certain places there was public pressure.

Dislikes

Due to change of principal secretary,Chief Engineer, Minister the working styles changes.

It was of estimation, supervision of canal construction maintenance ,it's various structures, Flood embankment,construction and maintenance of road on top of embankment , Anty erosion and flood protection works.
