Internal politics is very bad. Some set of people are trying to rule and misleading the top management. Some people are not ready to adapt changes and hence WIL becoming slow/costly than competitors. Very worst HR policies. HR don't care about employees. Very honest and technically strong set of employees had to leave because of these self centered people that is affecting the work culture of WIL. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
