Work invironment is very good. Colleagues are very supportive and active. There are good canteen, Jim and playing accessories. Percentage of increment is good. They give bonus in every year. They are very supportive of about Covid-19. In office premises social distancing, sanitizationand wearing mask must be used....Read More

Lot of internal politics. Job training not given.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
