Vuram has a great work culture and good job security, friendly management and down to earth CEO, Appian(BPM) was prime focus and there will be wide learning scope for freshers and good career growth

Work Details

Appian was prime focus, as a associate technical consultant, we need gather requirements from clients and then start build, unit test and deploy this cycle repeats, per day around 8 hours of mandatory work and day start timings var

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
