There was nothing much to like about.

Dislikes

A company with lots of inter personal politics and power issue. The HR is also biased towards the high level management. No chance of growth. The decision making people do not wish to make any changes in the system as they would loose the control of power otherwise. Even the CEO is not focused towards the customers and would rather prefer loosing good team of sales and result driven people rather than focusing towards improving the work culture.
