Dislikes

A company with lots of inter personal politics and power issue. The HR is also biased towards the high level management. No chance of growth. The decision making people do not wish to make any changes in the system as they would loose the control of power otherwise. Even the CEO is not focused towards the customers and would rather prefer loosing good team of sales and result driven people rather than focusing towards improving the work culture. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
