This company toss up an opportunity, if one is talented enough to utilize the opportunity its good for them, those who fail to use opportunities may curse this company. Although the relevance of opportunity will be very less likely to suit your skill set. Which is a major drawback.

Dislikes

HR never responds to your queries unless you visit them personally. HR never fulfils the commitment they made to you while joining. There will be always a hidden star mark which they will use to manipulate their commitments. No major support for uplifting your skill sets, you are on your own as far as you can pull yourself up.
