There are several areas of concern 1. Company is operating in a very niche category that is coal/OB, Long Haul, etc. with limited volumes hence learning is very limited which may impact further growth as an individual. 2. The incentive scheme totally depends upon your luck of getting segment you are requested to handle. 3. Limitedor no support from management to generate leads 4. Use of false language is very common in culture 5. Politics and seniority complex is a dent in the personal growth of employee 6. Favours to certain sections of employees is demotivating to others In short, for new joiners, this organization is a strict NO. Experience holders in big or small LALA companies (Overall 20+ yrs) may see this as part of their retirement if they get paid by Volvo dealers....Read More
