Only one thing is good...you can visit Sweden as a bussiness trip for some days..and that is depend on your Group manager.

Can't work independently, even if you have ownership of the components, just providing design support from India. There is not much work pressure, but ya there would be mental pressure on you due to internal politics. Too much traffic on way of Bagmane tech park.
