Dislikes

only good for people joining from Kerala...it was pretty good company when i joined but once top manager joined Volvo IT India Naticve from Kerala ...things started getting worse for non Keralaites ...now its your openinon does not count...anyone junior to you but from Kerala can be made your manager ...so basically its more of like reservation for Kerala place to work ...

it depends which project you are in ...and which Malu manager you are under...

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
