Huge difference between employees and consultant, it is kind CASTISM in the same work environment, Employees are less skilled and actually consultants work more for Volvo, but these employees are always processioning themselves as superior, Many Employees learnt many things from consultant, later kicking the consultants, There is norespect for Age or Experience, these are meaningless for them in India, Employee thinking that employees of Volvo means higher than consultant, but doing work??, who is superior??? Consultant has to take approval from Team Leader if wanted to work from Home, Employees, just through message in WhatsApp and easily work from Home. All micro management, monitoring other dresses, consultant must be like slave...., then only they are happy, Some employees will not give clear input and play game, They suppress the consultant who giving innovative idea and trying quality work, they need only bucket holder for their spitting, many more to tell, this much enough, lot of consultant will not voice out or nor disclose on kind media, because they are thinking somewhere someone may find them...!...Read More

Work Life balance is good Health insurance is really good Company Culture is good but that's depends on your manager. But there are lot of scope to learn and gain your knowledge.

Politics at supreme level. No respect for talented individuals All of the experience depends on how your manager is. Lot of power given to manager. There is no people's manager. No skip level meetings. Job security is not that good. Not equal for all department.

Except few projects and people, special legacy Volvo People are good to work. Organisational Change and a shift brought too many unwanted and unrealistic changes.

HR Team is very much abstract in their execution and unclear about their ideas and ideology. People inside are Good but the Management neither the HR Community
