Likes

It was disgusting experience. Lots of regional feeling and biasis. Most of the managers are non technical and trouble you in case you're from a different state. Overall it's a terrible experience. Even the Swedish counter parts knew about the Indian management issue and are trying to pull out most of the projects from Bangalore which leads to high job insecurity. Almost 12 resources left under my manager in a span of 6 months. Still no action was taken on the manager....Read More
