They have strict timings so your day will start at 6am and end at 7pm(if you live in the city) They have no process/system, its so chaotic They dont know what to do with new joinees HR dept is useless Security guards act like they own us , wont even let us go outside without a mail The place is in outskirts of city, so you can't have access to anything, you'll have to eat the shit food in factory, by chance you want go out and eat closest thing is a dhaba opp for that you'll have to beg the stupid security guards to let you out. Such old school culture where and all narrow mentality all over And there's no WFH concept at alll....Read More
