You'll get to learn a lot about the industry and be part of a growing startup where your ideas are valued.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are far lower than industry standards. Dealing with clients from media companies is annoying. Engineering is very weak and there is a lot of services oriented work - not core product.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
