They are clear on the vision. Career growth path is very strong

Worse thing is upper management. They very rude and demeaning. Don't care about work life balance

Very challenging expectations were very high. The upper management is very rude and demeaning. Like General manager etc. They don't care about work life balance. However had very good immediate bosses in my entire career. They are very caring and loving.
