This is company culture is very very very very poor. Job security like a china ( chale toh chand tk nhi Toh bs raat tk..) My life big mistake i'm join this company .i will work in this company as a Team leader maximum 1year 3 months. sudden one day he remove me without any informations & any notice. I'm A Team Leader in this company but this company Working is 3 post. 1.Team leader 2.Training on VBA 3.Branding If any work little beat incomplete he punished by deducted your salary part day by day 200,500. 1.wo rking time Morning 10 on clock started & Evening 10:00-10:30. 2.All companys are give 4 week on in 1 month but this company not provide sometimes months get 1_2 off. He can not increased ur salary his comapny some employee's descreased last companys CTC....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
