--Good incentives in terms of diwali bonus. --Lots of activities to showcase your skills like internal trainer certification program. --Increments are moderate, not good like other OEMs. --Team leaders and managers are supportive. --Team building parties are there in every three months.

Dislikes

--Shift timings are from 9 to 5:50. But mostly OT are there, which increases the working hours from 9 to 12 hours. Which leads to work life imbalance. --PPC/PMC plans are highly flexible which sometimes leads to Sunday working. --Technical learning is quite low comparatively with other manufacturing industries like automotive. --Mass production oriented company, not quality oriented....Read More
