Nothing much but company has big plans for India, maybe in future they will improve.

Dislikes

Overall the work-life balance is terrible. Everyday overtime is normal and No holiday at all. Manpower handling is terrible and the worst part is job security is very poor, maybe today you are in company but Tomorrow you will be out due to silly mistakes done by you.
