office politics is rampant, i guess Macchiavelli should have consulted them before writing his book the "Prince". From overworking hours during covid period, to flouting every possible guidelines during pandemic, to pressurize teachers beyond the brink of sanity to intentionally calling on Saturdays ( every 3rd saturday is a holiday)...pick your poison. u can survive only if you have a need to feed your family. During this difficult situation they removed most newly teacher...and make teacher jobless. Very bad experience. Poor school how they will support they no how to remove that also in difficult situation.. And they no how to beg whn they need teacher..
