Some of the faculty members and people were nice other wise there is nothing to like about this place.

Dislikes

1. Toxic workplace under incompetent leadership who themselves don't know how to lead a team and how to get the work done, They run this place with a mindset of street side Kirana shop owner. 2. There is no leave policy, and no proper HR who can take decisions on his own, all they have are puppets and they treat them like ones. 3. There is no hierarchy here, no matter what your designation is, or how senior you are, you are going to be humiliated by the so-called CEO and one of his close Directors. 4. You get peanuts in your appraisals, Asst. professors have got an appraisal of 5% in 3 years. 5. You are asked to sign on fake payment receipts/bills quite often as they siphon money from various Govt. schemes that go into the pocket of the CEO. 6. There are no office hours here. At times you have to work on Sundays and during festivals like Holi, and you don't get any comp offs against them. 7. There is always a delay in salary. 27-40 days after the completion of the salary cycle is the payment cycle which is quite astonishing. 8. Attrition rate is super high here. Talented people don't stay here as management doesn't know how to take care of good talent, no sane person would take hurl abuses from incompetent people. 9. You are going to be harassed for your FnF, relieving letter, and experience letter. No matter how many times you call them, try to meet management in person. They will pretend that they are busy, and it will get done but you won't receive it and after a certain time you will stop following it up with them, that's the sad reality of this place.
