Excellent work environment for enhancing your learning skills and the management is so co-operative and there is transperancy of thinking between all individuals and management, some school policies are excellent.

Dislikes

We can not dislike anything there but i can say there should be area of improvement in certain things like the campus structure and the salary structure of staffs.

Work Details

In the beginning my job was to handle the naughtiest children and to teach them english, hindi, and gk subject . Than i became floor incharge where i had to handle all 14 sections and to train teachers and to guide them and to do the yearly planning.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
