If you are a fresher then it is okay to work because the Interview rounds are not tough it is also because the salary is equals to stipend.

Please Keep these Points in your mind whenever someone going to work there. a.) Company is old but didn't able to grow at a good rate because of their work culture and tech team. b.) Very Hectic and negative work Culture you always works in a pressure so the chances of creativity remains no more. c.) Clearly not for people above 2+ years Exp. d.) Pay is very less also don't ever expect a good appraisal. e.) Its a Family driven company not a proper tech company. No Clear HR Policies there are 1-2 persons who takes all of the major decisions. f.) Pay is very less according to the work and pressure that exists there. g.) I'm happy with the salary they give me. Also, in terms of appraisals, top performers can get more than standard raises. Besides, we have a process where the company asks us for feedback often. I learn much from my seniors; they're easy to talk to.

Employees are asked to work extra hours on projects without extra pay, and believe that shouldn't be the case.

The HR team here is really efficient at their job. They promptly address any concerns and are highly responsive. They are particular in record-keeping and documentation, ensuring employees aren't unnecessarily asked to resubmit documents repeatedly. They handle these matters very carefully, spring employees with any unnecessary trouble.

As of now, I haven't faced any issues, so I can;t comment on any cons.

We have a detailed performance review and appraisal system in place. The key focus is on excellent performance and work quality. Those who perform extremely well receive recognition and appreciation. One of the worst company where senior abuse junior openly calling them "Ch***ya" in front of everyone , management take sides with this kind of person since junior are replaceable.

salary is credited at 15th of that month, Can fire you when they want but you can't resign until company wants.

Company is good from every point of view. People here are supportive and approachable, maintaining a courteous demeanor. I haven;t witnessed anyone speaking rudely or inappropriately. Without a doubt, I would recommended working here if you seek a peaceful and productive work environment.

No extra compensation, if you are asked to work overtime. This is the only con I see here.
