If you are a fresher then it is okay to work because the Interview rounds are not tough it is also because the salary is equals to stipend.

Please Keep these Points in your mind whenever someone going to work there. a.) Company is old but didn't able to grow at a good rate because of their work culture and tech team. b.) Very Hectic and negative work Culture you always works in a pressure so the chances of creativity remains no more. c.) I'm happy with the salary they give me. Also, in terms of appraisals, top performers can get more than standard raises. Besides, we have a process where the company asks us for feedback often. I learn much from my seniors; they're easy to talk to.

Employees are asked to work extra hours on projects without extra pay, and believe that shouldn't be the case.

From what I;ve observed, the HR policies are detained with transparency. We maintain a disciplined work approach, and there;s a completely fair environment where your performance and dedication to work matter the most.

Some teams are required to work six days a week, which, in my opinion, doesn't seem fair.

well maintained is the appreciation and recognition culture in this org. in depth performance reviews are conducted for judging the performances, and based on that, appraisals are given. your good work will not go unnoticed......

Had constant work, no bench period, even as a fresher. New technologies to work on.

Egoistic and entitled upper management that didn’t care for their teams. Salary increment was mediocre. Work related calls almost every weekend. Very impractical and strict deadlines that led to creation of buggy and low quality software. Complete dependencies on 1 or 2 individuals that caused constant frustrations and helplessness. Features/Projects were created but never tested or used, and one fine day after 6 months it was supposed to go live. Frequent layoffs used to cause anxiety, wondering if it’s my time today. If you have an argument with your manager, you need to immediately start looking for a new job, because your name will already have been submitted for the next lay-off cycle....Read More

Terrible. You only realise when you leave this place and join somewhere else. Salary was a meagre wage, even the cleaning and call Center staff used to earn more than engineers.
