I have found nothing to like there.

Dislikes

1. Always expects from employees to come on time & go always late after 07:30 PM. 2. Company expecting from employees to work from home in nights. 3. All company policies are made to harass the employees. 4. There is no peons in office. 5. Always shortage of staff & every employee is overloaded. 6. Managers schedule the work on Sunday specially. 7. VSPL mangers & HR are frauds. In offer letter they mention notice period is 2 months & in appointment letter they made it 3 months. 8. Employees are not allowed to leave earlier for any emergency. 9. Owners of company are very careless & they have no concern with employees problems. 10. They hired staff in purchase department only to collect goods on credit & never pay the credits. 11. There is no fix date for salary distribution & it may be 25th or 28th of month. 12. They have filed lots of cases on employees after leaving the company. 13. Mangers are very short tempered & always insults the subordinates. 14. 1. Salary does not come on time. 2. Very difficult to progress here because things are hidden and level of politics is disturbing. 3. Lack of adequate incentives. 4. At Raipur Office, no provision for snacks, oven, etc., but at Delhi Office, they do provide. 5. Very strict timings, very often one has to sit late. 6. Limited faith in staff.

There is no working timings, you have to work until very late everyday. You can not take a leave in case of any emergency. They will not give a appointment letter and make all rules verbal.
