Work environment is good but the management is so bad there js very old systems they never provide you good computer. There is so politics.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Yo will do 1 mistake and you will be fired

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
