There is nothing to like. Manager will shout every time at you like you are his slave

You have to reach Store at right time but there is no time for go to your home after 9 hour shift.You have to do 100% recovery of your floor.Vishal mega mart don't care about employees.The don't hire staff for each section.They force other sections staff to do recovery of apps section.There is weekly off but they don't give .you have to request manager every time sir,i have my weekly off,i have to clean my clothes.manager will say No No There is no more staff you will take another day . Another day never come for your weekly off. Every day you have to do overtime which vishal megamart don't pay you. Before you they tell,your duty time is 9 hour. Mainly apps section they don't hire enough staff but need 100% recovery.You have to do recovery of apps section no matter which department you belong.
