O3 professional is a fraud.

Dislikes

O3 Professional Visage Beauty appears to be a fraudulent company. They hire new employees, only to fire them within 5-6 days and discourage them from seeking further opportunities. After the initial hiring process, they claim there are no vacancies available. This pattern has been repeated with four freshers so far. The company's CEO lacks professionalism. It's concerning that they hire new graduates, who presumably give their best effort, but then terminate them mid-month if they find someone seemingly better....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
