Worst management ever came across.. Very low ethics .Many people adviced me not join virtusa now I understood the reason.don't fall for the extra few lakhs they will pay ..majority of the projects are old stack.

As per my project work life balance is very good..I worked with uk team where manager and team mates are very supportive and used to tell me not to stress more if i work more hard..

Very less hikes..so u should go in to virtusa with a good package..once entered u will not have much hikes

There are no pros apart from on time salary credit

Compensation is the only positive in Virtusa, rest all the factors which constitute a corporate work culture were terrible. I can't be happier after leaving Virtusa.

Work Culture is pretty bad, learning opportunities are there but managers don't allow that to happen, No clear policies, no promotion/hike given by organisation.
