Nothing to be liked in this worst company. Don't fall for 5 stars they are fake comments which are forcefully given by employees. Some people will come and open your mail and pressurized to give 5 star rating by employees, if employees won't give 5 star they will show you hell. Don't join this company. They will not treat you as humans. I repeat don't join. They will decrease your worth.

Salary given is not good. No work life balance at all you have to work for 5 days a week and even sundays also. No skill development atall. Company culture is worst. Heavy politics. I don't know why higher management is not knowing this. I request higher management to know about this kind of nature is building in their company. Worst company. No proper allowances atall. If you do your work also they will blame you that you are not doing work. They want revenue that's it. No one works well and takes the credit that they have done the work of others. No ethical values. If you take your leave, they will act that we are taking their leaves. This company is nightmare for employees. They offer very low salaries that are far below the industry standard making it impossible to feel valued or appreciated. The work load is very more and you are expected to work Saturdays and Sunday’s too. Work life balance does not exist here. The office environment is not good. No flexibility at all, actually they can give remote or hybrid option but you’ll be expected to be in office and on time too, you should come at correct time but you should not leave at on time you have to go late. They will control your timings and also you. They won’t value you. Management is completely detached from the reality. They don’t care about employees well being,this leads to toxic environment employees will burnt out and stressed. Worst Management. They only want revenue that’s it no need employees work life. What i don't like in vipany is about their leave policy, when all other consultancies working 5 days, here it's 6 (2nd and 4th fixed off ) Also the there in only 12 casual leaves nothing more nothing Less. No sick leaves or floting leave policy.

The top management is really cool especially Prashanth, They have a great vision but the middle level management is terrible. Harsh the non it head is a skilless person who takes partial decisions. He sits in the cabin all day watching movies and talking to his friends or family. He gives wfh to only some team members. He doesn't guide the team at all and never has any meeting, but he projects to the management as if he is doing all the work. Non it department will be lot better if they replace harsh with an eligible person. A lot of good people left the organisation due to his politics....Read More

Firing is instant withourt any notice period and worst is they will not even tell you the real reason why they want you out of the system.
