The top management is really cool especially Prashanth, They have a great vision but the middle level management is terrible. Harsh the non it head is a skilless person who takes partial decisions. He sits in the cabin all day watching movies and talking to his friends or family. He gives wfh to only some team members. This company is nightmare for employees. They offer very low salaries that are far below the industry standard making it impossible to feel valued or appreciated.
